Head outside with a friend, take a pencil and paper with you.

Try to find somewhere with interesting plants, rocks or trees.

Find a place to sit and choose a natural item to describe. Write about it for 5 mins. What does it look like? What colour is it? How big is it? What textures does it have? Be careful not to name the item.

When you are finished exchange pieces of paper.

Can you tell what it is your friend was describing?
